This Project Information Form should be used by Project Leads to submit information related to new research projects at DIII-D.

If you wish to be added to a project in order to become a DIII-D user or to renew your existing or past DIII-D user accounts, then please contact the appropriate Project Lead and have them attach you to their project. All Project Leads have the ability to add team members to their project. When someone who is not already a DIII-D user is added to a project, then they automatically receive an invitation to join the research program.
