DIII-D Visitors

All users must have an active badge to physically access the DIII-D National Fusion Facility. Visit the Badge page 🔒 for information regarding the access request process, badge, and required documentation upon arrival.

Entry Requirements for Foreign Nationals

Foreign nationals must undergo federal review and approval before arrival at DIII-D. Access requests must be submitted at least two months prior to arrival. Without approval, non-U.S. citizens may be denied access to DIII-D, please plan accordingly. Additional information can be found in the Entry Requirements for Foreign Nationals 🔒 page.

If a letter of invitation is necessary for your visit, please reach out to Energy-EPIC@ga.com and provide the following information.

Name of your DIII-D Host
